Your guys did a phenomenal job for us! They were on time, professional, accommodating and friendly with our patrons. They had long lines during most of the event, but did a great job of keeping it moving. They were an overall pleasure to work with. Without a doubt the activities provided by Xtreme Entertainment were the staple of this event. I will be quick to recommend your services to others, and will definitely be using Xtreme Entertainment for future events. At this time I cannot think of any suggestions, but if I do I will be sure to let you know. Thank you for all your help, communication, and understanding leading up to the event. I look forward to working with you and your crew again.

It was a true pleasure to work with your team again. The guys were a lot of fun and seemed to take time to work with the kids to teach them. We do for sure want to have the powerjump again on October 25th – so pencil us in – but I want to talk to you guys about for sure having fencing next time and also about the possibility of having a second jump – and of course we’ll want some more items too. It is just such a pleasure to work with you guys. The stand out guy was James – he was so very helpful and the kids really liked him.
If you could suggest a way that we could maybe look at having a second powerjump that we could afford that would be great. The average wait time was about one and a half hours and the line was solid for the whole time. We just need to make sure we have either another jump or something equally as fun so they don’t have to wait so long.

I appreciate you being able to help and the event went very well although turnout wasn’t as good as expected. Your employees took fantastic care of me and I would hire them (you) again in a second. Not only were they willing to help on any aspect getting the event up and running, but they also stayed to help cleanup and made sure everyone was happy throughout the day. I also need to mention that the weather was not so good on Friday, and your staff dealt with it like real professionals and kept a friendly face all day. As you can tell, I am very happy with your service and will be recommending your company for hire should anyone ask.

Hi Sharon!
I wanted to echo Dana and thank you so much for Saturday! You were truly a blessing to so many kids who struggle with mental and physical illness.
Also, I wanted to tell you that both of the men I interacted with from Xtreme were outstanding. I am a CFO for an organization I am a VERY tough grader. They were great brand ambassadors for your company and you should feel great about how they represent you. Please know as friends ask me about ideas for parties and events, I will highly recommend you!
As an aside, if you send me back an invoice, I will get Journey to provide a gift in kind letter to reduce your tax liability. If you don't have time to do the letter, I will have our CPA firm prepare it if you provide me the amount.

Hey Brian,
I am on the way to recovery from entertaining all the family for 4 days and then a blowout birthday bash. Among all the rave reviews of the party, your boys were mentioned a number of times-- How great they were with the kids and really made us feel they were happy to be there.
So a big Thank you....the guys were great. the power jump, snow cones, cotton candy, mini striker, slide and spider mountain were huge hits.
I did climb up in the spider mountain and I loved it. I thought it was way fun.
We had to deflate the slide for a bit during the tiger show...they had one tiger that didn't like jumpy thingys....which I interpreted as the moon walk things not an inflatable slide---so if I had understood that I would have had the set up differently but in the end deflating it was not a problem at all. once the tiger show was over, it was inflated instantly and the party didn't miss a beat.
The party was a huge success and a lot of that is because of your guys and products!

Thank you for following up. Everything was great! We had a very successful event and the teens LOVED the inflatable. Boxing was truly the life of the party. We had a great time beating the tar out of each other with no injuries or accidents. We will definitely do it again soon. We also enjoy working with James and Colt. They are two outstanding guys and I feel privileged to know them and do business with them. It is always nice to get to see them and talk with them. They are very friendly and helpful and they do their jobs with pride and excellence. I really respect those guys and enjoy their company.
